The Alamo Area Council of Governments (AACOG), in partnership with Denton, Navarro, Rocha, Bernal, & Zech, will host a FREE one-day Planning and Zoning Workshop on Thursday, June 23, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  The Workshop will be held in the AACOG Board Room, 2700 NE Loop 410 Suite 101, San Antonio TX, 78217

AACOG’s annual Planning & Zoning Workshop is designed for planning commissioners, elected officials and staff. Topics will include:  introduction to planning, introduction to zoning comprehensive plans that work; the importance of planning; planning in communities with limited staff; the roles and responsibilities of a planning commissioner; and tools to implement planning. 

Presentations will be made by AACOG representatives, attorneys from Denton, Navarro, Rocha, Bernal, & Zech, P.C. There will not be a charge for attending the Planning and Zoning Workshop, however, registration is required. Complete the registration form below attend. Lunch will be provided.
